(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My experience this year has been fantastic. When ever I have had a problem with anyone, Tim and Richard were always there to listen to my problems. I have always felt comfortable and settled. The people were very nice. I have made good friends. I have also learnt a lot of maths and English. Richards teaching was very simple and straight forward to understand.
