"Worried about impact of NHS changes on the service"

Very good, excellent treatment and good on time-keeping.

Today, the only slip up was where letter said to go to another level then I had to be redirected. Luckily I was fit enough to walk the distance.

I am very worried about NHS changes impacting on the good service.

Three weeks ago at 10.30 I had a ten minute wait to find a space to park. I am worried about all the extra that are and will be built in the future, that will impact on hospital services.

Today I had to wait and was at least half an hour late for my 1pm appointment.

Thank you for commenting on your recent visit to NDDH. I'm sorry to see that you had trouble parking, which has led to you being late for your appointments on occasion.

I would like to reassure you that we are aware of the problems patients are presently having with parking, particularly on the days where we have laid on extra clinic appointments, to ease waiting lists. The hospital has recently made an extra 20 public car parking spaces available, which are available from the end of July, with plans to provide many more spaces in the near future. Staff are also very aware of the issues, and hopefully all patients who have been delayed due to not be able to park, will still be seen.
