About: North Devon District Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I had been waiting ten minutes and was not told how long I might have to wait as no other information was given. I had to wait half an hour then had to ask staff what was happening. I had never had to wait in A&E before! I am expecting to have an X-ray and my expectation is that I will have to wait to be seen in A&E again.
