Generally speaking - excellent. It would have greatly helped a stranger to the hospital (like myself) if good direction signs from Embankment Rd to the hospital were in place. I relied heavily on my satnav - not everyone has such technology.

We’re glad to hear that overall you had a good experience with your treatment. Mount Gould Hospital is operated by Plymouth Community Healthcare. We have passed your comments onto them and they have informed us that thanks to Patient Opinion comments they are having a meeting next week between service users and the relevant staff about signage to look into this.
