"treatment and diagnosis at Sentinel Healthcare CIC "

About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Dermatology (skin)

(as the patient),

I felt the time spent before the waiting room was an excellent service. However, a 35 minute wait was slightly poor. Additionally, my doctor was seen several times leaving the consulting room, yet gave no reasons/apologies for the delay.

The doctor failed to explain the diagnosis to me. They just seemed hell bent on describing it as a benign condition. However a medical student had a different diagnosis. Suddenly it was being photographed for a journal.

However, no information was given to me about the condition.

The blood sampling service was excellent.
