After being at Ashley House for 4 months I have had all the help and support from staff and service users.

Vida is the perfect place to relax and have a treatment, although I think an appointment system would be better so as there is no confusion of when and who has a treatment.

The service user room is a great place to go and discuss things with other service users, I have taken great pride in decorating and getting it ready for use and seeing it all come together. Although it could do with some finishing touches such as pictures, mirrors, a magazine rack etc--if the money to buy these things was available.

Hi Humble22,

Thank you for your positive feedback around your experience of the services provided here in Ashley House. we would also like to take the opportunity to thank you for the work and commitment you have shown in decorating the service user room downstairs.

We will discuss the issues you have raised in regards to pictures magazine rack etc.

i'm sure the staff from Vida will be happy to hear your feedback too and will respond soon.
