Some nursing staff were rude, unfriendly and very unhelpful. They just seemed not to care or know about anything going on.

Thank you for commenting on your experience at East Surrey Hospital.

As Chief Nurse I'm disappointed that you found some of our nursing staff rude, unfriendly and unhelpful although I'm pleased it was not all nursing staff! Clearly this is not what I expect of my staff and it would help me enormously if you could email me with more details of your experience so I can take it up with the staff in the department.
