"Concern over elderly care at Basildon Hospital"

Where does one start?

I felt the treatment of the elderly was in many cases 3rd world. Some staff were very good, others should not be allowed on the premises.

I felt that things happen and there aren't records so a mystery, you can't complain as no-one remembers the incident.

The food was disgusting and unpalatable. I saw people not being fed, I saw blood left on curtains and floor (or perhaps that didn't happen either as no-one recorded ir remembered it).

I am concerned that one day there will be something very serious happen here, worse that the occasional Legionnaires or C Diff. How will they deal with that?
