"Dermatology appointment with Sentinel great, but follow up advice would be appreciated"

About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Dermatology (skin)

(as the patient),

I felt that Sentinel and the clinic did all they could to assist me and advise me during a worrying time. Thank you.

Suggestion:

Although ample time was given for me to ask questions it would be nice to have a follow up telephone line to enquire about things that arose from diagnosis. As was not expecting the diagnosis many questions are now buzzing around in my head regarding the future.

Thank you for adding your opinion and suggestion.

Your suggestion has been viewed by our support manager who has advised that a new process will ensure all patients are sent a copy of their clinic letter to allow them to have written correspondence related to their consultation.

Patients are also welcome to contact the secretary team on the number shown in the confirmation letter (0845 155 8297) any queries can then be passed onto the clinician who can then give the patient a call.
