(as the patient),

I attended Halewood walk in centre for my annual bloods, I usually have a terrible time as I was told my veins are very fine, the lady who took my blood was very pleasant and friendly and had no problem whatsoever getting a vein, I am a very satisfied customer and think that you do a great job and wonderful service.
