"Great bloods service, but don't like the answer machine"

Very pleased with the ladies who come to do my dad's bloods but I would like to speak to someone on the phone rather that the answer machine as they don't always get the messages that are left.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment about your experience of the phlebotomy service.

We will be in the near future looking at how we receive our referrals and we are hoping that we can come up with solutions as an alternative to the answer phone and fax referral system. Your comments are appreciated and valuable.
