Throughout my time with mental health problems I can honestly say Notts Healthcare have been 100% supporting me through dark times and bright times.

It's reshaped and rebuilt my life to become the person I am today and in the future! Looking at positives in my life and sharing it with others. Special thanks to involvement team.
