"Overall Impressed at Mount Gould Hospital, however hard to find and appointments running late"

(as the patient),

I was very impressed with the general standard at Mount Gould Hospital and the helpful attitude of its staff. Appointments were running late which is always an anxious time for the patient, but I am sure it was not the fault of the staff. It being a 60 mile round trip from where we live it was good that stitch removal could be referred to our local health centre. It is a pity that there are no singposts to the hospital from Saina Bridge and it has to be found! Parking is difficult but atleast it is free

Thank you very much for taking the time to pass your opinion on to us. It's lovely to hear that your visit was a pleasant one. We've spoken to Plymouth Community Healthcare who operate out of Mount Gould Hospital and have passed on your comments to them. They have had a few comments recently about the sites signage and parking and as such are having a meeting next week between service users and the relevant staff to address these issues and make improvements.
