"Superb ambulance service"

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital Scottish Ambulance Service

(as a relative),

I went round to check on my elderly mother recently, and found her lying on the floor of her sitting room; it turned out later that she'd broken her hip. The ambulance was there in minutes, and the drivers/paramedics , who turned out to be brothers (Craig, Ronnie) were absolutely superb. Not only were they hugely efficient but they treated my mother with great respect and kindness. We were soon at the Inverclyde Hospital, and they popped by later -- I presume when going off shift -- to check she was OK. Thanks so much; it meant a "lot".

Thank you for sharing your mother's care experience from Craig and Ronnie from the Scottish Ambulance Service. I'll pass on your note, so they know you took the time to give your feedback and say thank you, not just for the speed of response and clinical care they gave to your mother, but for their respect and kindness.

I hope your mother is making a good recovery.
