"Good service for heart scan"

I had a heart scan in Radiology recently and had absolutely no problem with their customer service.

I found all the staff to be professional, caring and friendly and my privacy and dignity were maintained throughout.

The whole procedure, which was carried out over two days, was explained to me and at the end I was told how and when I should get the results. I was treated with the utmost respect and at no time did I feel ignored. Not only did the staff say goodbye but one member of staff passed me on the main corridor as I was leaving and told me to have a good weekend.

Although the scan wasn’t particularly pleasant, the attitude and friendliness of the staff made it a much more positive experience. Although the staff remained focused on what they were doing (I would have expected nothing less from a professional) at no time was I ever referred to as, or made to feel, like just a body part.
