About: Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

I received help from Six Degrees Social Enterprise when experiencing mental health problems. I was offered a wide range of self help resources and very useful guidance.

A number of services in my area were also brought to my attention. I was also made aware which services I could be referred to, if I required specific type of help.

I would recommend this service to anyone suffering with either long term or newly developed mental health problems.
