Yet again I am absolutely disgusted with the NHS cancer care. My father was admitted to the Royal Gwent from Ystrad Mynach Hospital, he was supposed to have an operation a week ago, it is now 13 June and it still has not been done! For God sake he has cancer not a cold!
They keep messing him about saying it will be tomorrow. This has been going on for over a week and it has been eight weeks since he had a camera up his bottom discovering the tumour.
This is disgraceful and I would like to make a formal complaint.
PS: it has been extremely difficult to find the right department to complain to.
