"Is East Kent trust taking patient feedback seriously?"

Having just experienced the worst possible service from the William Harvey Hospital, I thought I would research what other peoples experiences have been and came across this site.

On checking the responses from the trust about other complaints, I was absolutely disgusted to see out of the 476 'stories' about the East Kent Hospitals NHS Trust, only 5 have had any action taken.

All the 'responses' were obvious 'standard' sentences and paragraphs from 'stock' letters used to show some kind of response from the trust.

The governors and directors should be ashamed of themselves and the government should be taking action to deal with poor NHS services and bad management.
