What I liked

I was in pain and upset and everyone treated me with respect and I felt really looked after. I was kept fully informed. I was treated promptly. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The triage nurse was fabulously effecient. The staff nurse was caring, efficient and kind to me. The nurse who came to check on my blood pressure was delightful. And the chaperone was sweet and helped me carry my stuff. My Consultant was great too. He treated me with dignity and respect and kept me fully informed. I only had to wait an hour to be seen and then once I had been initially assessed the treatment was really quick.

What could be improved

There was only one dispenser with disenfectant in it in the waiting area. Lots of people were trying to use them.

Anything else?

Really impressed. Thank you! I was on my own and a bit daunted and I felt looked after.
