What I liked

The care, professionalism and dedication shown to me and my family when my mother was admitted and subsequently died. It was a very hard time for us all but the staff did so much more than anyone could reasonably have expected. All staff involved were busy throughout their usual Friday night shift but took time to be polite, empathetic and informative. Ambulance crew, police, department sister and doctor were amazing, talking us through exactly what was about to happen so that we were fully prepared.

What could be improved
