What I liked
Outpatient Sister and team very attentive and efficient. I was seen promptly and on time. The consultant introduced themself, listened to me and explained the options and treatments clearly.
What could be improved
The reception staff when they opened the reception read out the security code for the door in front of the patients present!! I reported this to the Risk department for attention.
