What I liked

Some staff are brilliant, and do ther upmost to make the experience as good as possible. Thanks to them. You are treated with dignity, and given the information that you require

What could be improved

Some staff having a better bedside manner, and if they are having a bad day, not to convey that. They are public servants, and I suggest they think of that when dealing with the public. I understand that this can be difficult sometime, especially dealing with all stratas of society. I am always polite and deserve that from staff.
