What I liked
Far too often the NHS services come under criticism, but its praise not often enough. Having lived in Hammersmith for nearly forty years there have been many occasions to visit the ICH NHS Trust hospitals. I have to say that in every case the quality of service and patient care has been the best possible a large organisation could give.
Prompted by the most recent example of the care I received from the oncology department at the Charing Cross Hospital, I cannot let the opportunity go without expressing my gratitude.
For a cancer patient, the psychological impact of the disease is extremely depressive and confusing, but to receive reassuring care is the best treatment the patient could hope for.
I must thank the Imperial College Healthcare and t e NHS Trust in general for the excellent care I have always received, and from the most recent case, must mention in particular the exemplary professionalism of the doctors and consultants in the oncology department to whom I owe great deal of gratitude.
"I have nothing but praise for the NHS services..."
