What could be improved

I only wish to comment on.the wifi in the hospital.it states on website there is internet access at royal oldham hospital.there is a access point through the Christie's dept but you need a password and a user name.the user name is "guest.it states on website and when on login page to ask a memeber of staff the password.No one knows it. I even rangthe Christie's dept myself to no avail.I need that access as i will be in.hospital a while and need it for finances etc and have already used all.my mobile data plan.come on guys internet access is the norm nowadays get it sorted!By the way im.Not paying £45 to use tv internet for 20 days its aripoff
