(as the patient),

I have always found that the nurses who come to my home to take my blood have always been smashing. They are very friendly and polite and also punctual. to me this is a first class service and I am certain it is to a lot of other patients. And all the results are quick from the warfarin clinic.

I would like to hear a voice on the line instead of an answering machine when phoning through to arrange a new appointment for the nurses to take blood samples.
