About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Shoulders, Knees & Feet (muscles & bones)

(as the patient),

I saw two members of staff about the possibility of having an operation on my ankle. The first seemed very keen on putting me off the experience, explaining that it was a very serious procedure with a very long recuperation. However, they then consulted a colleague who advised that it was a "no brainer" that I should go ahead. However, I am going to Derriford for a second opinion. I therefore left slightly confused but do value the opinion of both of your staff.
