"Taking my husband to North Devon district hospital"

About: North Devon District Hospital / General medicine

(as a relative),

I'm here collecting my husband from his appointment in outpatients. He has come quite often to NDDH, because his breathing and lungs aren't good. We've never come across a rude nurse or doctor, they've all been friendly and I can't say I've ever felt like my husband wasn't in good hands. The reception staff are always very polite, you can have a laugh with them too!

I like it here, it's different to the big hospitals - it feels far nicer and personal. I always feel lost in the other hospitals but I don't really worry about coming here with my husband. You hear horror stories about hospitals, and it always puts the jibbers in you but we're never had any reason to worry here.

Dear verbal62

Thank you for taking the time to post a comment regarding your recent visit to the Outpatients department.

I'm really pleased to see you have had another positive visit, and have passed your comments on to the Outpatient Manager to ensure they share your feed back with the team, as I am sure they will be very warmly recieved.

Jayne
