What I liked
These comments concern the care taken by staff at Hearlands Hospital of our elderly cousin. He was in hospital for nine weeks, cared for first in Rowan Ward, then ICU, HDU and for the last few weeks in Ward 3 Renal Ward. All staff at all times were caring, kind and concerned. The multi-disiciplinary liaison and co-operation was excellent. As relatives were were also treated with care and kindness by all staff from cleaners to consultants. We were kept fully informed at all times and were fully involved with all decisions. We cannot speak highly enough of the care received and thank all concerned.
What could be improved
The car park and barriers! Car park staff however were always helpful.
"An excellent hospital"
