What I liked

I went to St Michael's hospital for day surgery. Checks were made at every stage of my treatment. I met the anaesthetist and the surgeon and I had a few nurses (And a student nurse) looking after me and I could ask questions at any time. Everyone worked well as a team and the atmosphere was calm and friendly. Nurses were busy but there was always someone available if you needed help. I was in a six bed ward with other ladies who were there for different reasons and lengths of time but privacy was managed well with curtains when required. I was impressed by the caring attitude and the efficiency of all of the staff and I felt very secure throughout my stay. Thank you
