What I liked

My midwife at Oldham hospital was excellent. She was very professional throughout the whole delivery of my daughter and put my needs first. I was involved in every decision and felt she was very supportive of my wishes. This was my first child and she made the experience for me a positive one. Their dedication and her approach could not be faulted and I am so thankful she was my midwife and helped to deliver my baby girl. I could not have wished for anyone better. Massive thanks, you were brill.

What could be improved

Cleanliness of the hospital in general particularly focusing on the public toilet areas as I felt these were very tired and not well maintained.

Anything else?

Hospital in need of modernisation but the staff I dealt with were excellent which made up for the lack of modern facilities. Parking needs improving as there are limited car parking spaces and charges need to be dropped.

We are very pleased you were happy with the staff, treatment and service we provided,

We have recently been making changes to our parking facilities for patients and visitors. which we hope will make a big improvement
