What I liked

Despite the long wait of 2 hours (28/05/12) I was treated in a very friendly manner by all.

What could be improved

The working conditions of the staff need improvement, if they are to maintain high standards. No airconditioning or heating in the Winter. Not good enough, for the essential services they provide.

Someone to review the patient's condition upon registration would do a lot to reassure of service to come, and avoid impatience, anxiety,etc.

Anything else?

I would like to commend one of the SRNs and her great team, for treating me so kindly and well.

Thank you very much for taking the time and trouble to post your kind comments. Your feedback is much appreciated and has been passed on to the staff in A&E at WHH.

I have also passed on your comments regarding the heating and air conditioning to the relevant department to take forward and action accordingly.
