"This department in this hospital is fantastic"

What I liked

This department in this hospital is fantastic. It should be held as a benchmark for all other A&E departments across the city/country. From the receptionist that greeted us, to the nurses and doctors. All first rate. Please can it stay this way and if you are a patien reading this can you please help keep it this way by also treating the staff with respect. It's obvious why some hospitals have staff who are at times angry or impatient. It's because they have to routinely put up with obnoxious or sometimes violent behaviour. It would affect any one of us. So thank you Royal London. If God forbid I or my family ever have another problem I'll know immediately where to go.
