Some of the staff were friendly

What could be improved

The A&E reception staff were very moody! My mother was admitted with sever chest pains and was left in A&E for almost two hours before I said something and one of the nurses was shocked that she hadn't had the appropriate tests. When she was triaged, the nurse answered most of the questions for her instead of asking her the questions.There were other patients smoking in the waiting rooms.

Anything else?

Never going back!

To whom it may concern,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am concerned to learn of the events you have described during your mother's recent admission to the Emergency Department at this hospital and I am keen to investigate this matter further. However, before I am able to do so I will need additional personal information about your mother to enable me to locate her on our Hospital Patient Administration System.
