"Other patients on ward, Tiverton hospital"

I have been staying on a ward at Tiverton hospital and it’s lovely. It’s a family hospital and I have complete confidence is their care. However, there is another on the ward who scares me. They have dementia, and wonders around shouting. I don’t feel staff are equipped to deal with them. This patient spits out in other patients food and can be aggressive. They even got in bed with me once! I feel for them, but it worries me that they roams around the ward and takes up the time of all the staff.
