I am 96 and had three falls, and was first taken to Exeter, but it was a big place, and was too far from my family.
So I was moved to Tiverton, on to Blackdown ward. It’s much nicer and is good to be in a smaller place. I have great care, and think it is much better than Exeter, as the staff are more friendly here – and there is a nice view.
Also, the food is nice too. And I have a laugh with nurses.
