Our mum stand at The Beacon for 3 days and we couldn’t have wished for better staff looking after our mum. We were very impressed with the organisation of the place, no problem with missing records here!
Everyone was very thorough and we were happy to leave our mum knowing she was in safe hands. The place was always nice and clean and as relatives we had the peace of mind to be able to go home and not worry.
We really liked the small lounge and dinning area, it was so well presented it was like a hotel. They even dressed the table. It is these little things that make people feel like their dignity is being maintained. Our mum thought the food was lovely and she had carrot cake for the first time.
All the staff were brilliant if you wanted to know anything and nothing was too much trouble.
