"A complete nightmare."

About: Manchester Royal Eye Hospital

What could be improved

A 5 hr wait this time! Too many patients . I heard two nurses saying they were having a break for a fag. I accompanied a 90 yr old patient and reception staff were really off hand and talking very quickly with foreign accents can be difficult for somebody who is deaf.

Anything else?

Two Dr's and 50 patients is ridiculous!
