What I liked

Great staff. Specialist Nurses who are caring and sensitive and really listen.

What could be improved

It would be easier if the area that is used for the Rheumatology Clinic was specifically designed with Rheumatology patients in mind - that would make access easier (higher chairs with arms, for example, would be much easier to get in and out of).

Anything else?

I'm really grateful for the ongoing care I'm receiving - it has made a big difference to how I feel about coping with my disease.
