"Problems getting an appointment and long waiting times at my GP"

(as the patient),

I always struggle to get an appointment at my GP at Haxby Group Practice, even though I ring when they ask and can travel to any of thier sites.

It took a week of ringing every day before I got an appointment, when I did I was made to wait a full hour before being seen. The GP was very good but never appologised for keeping me waiting.
