What I liked

My mother visited Audiology to see if her hearing could be improved. She was nervous but the staff made her feel relaxed from the start. The visit was thorough, professional and caring. She was tested, all options discussed and an hearing aid fitted in one visit. She came away reinvigorated by her improved hearing - and praising the staff who treated her with great kindness. We could not have wanted better treatment - it was superb.

What could be improved

Nothing - the staff were prompt, professional and extremely caring.

Anything else?

We would thoroughly recommend the L&D - it's the best hospital in the region.
