About: The James Cook University Hospital

What I liked

Needed new hearing aids.

What could be improved

Phoned the hearing aid clinic at James Cook, was told I could be seen at my local hospital (Redcar) instead. Was asked to call into the drop in centre to have new impressions made for new hearing aids. Called in and waited for over 90 mins to be told they would send a letter with an appointment!!! Was originally told that it would be done there and then. Why not just make an appointment over the phone when I originally called instead of wasting my and my sons time
