What I liked

Everyone was very kind, helpful, positive and calm. They explained everything that was happening clearly.

What could be improved

My only complaint, and it isn't a complaint as such, is that it all takes a long time and you don't know when anyone is coming to see you - but I wouldn't expect much different in a hospital of that size.

We will share with the team your comments about better communications with patients so they understand what is happening when, and apologise that staff didn't share more information with you about when you were due to be seen.
