What I liked

The service was excellent, from the polite and courteous reception staff, the friendly nurses through to the very good consultant. I was treated with care and seen quickly. The minor procedure I had was performed with great skill and competence.

What could be improved

Nothing - it all worked well.

Anything else?

It is frustrating to see our local hospital often criticised in the local paper. It doesn't reflect the excellent service that I, and I believe, the vast majority of patients receive everyday. The staff at the hospital deserve our whole hearted support!
