Went in for day surgery and turned out I had to stay overnight. From helpful receptionist, consultant- brilliant, anaesthetist discussing reality tv and wonderful staff from ward 3, I could not have been better looked after.
The hospital was clean, food okay and my every need and question was answered.
Total 3 months from first appointment to operation.
