What I liked

I was treated with care and respect at every stage whilst at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the staff explained the Gastroscopy procedure in detail, including the risks and potential problems so I was aware before it began.

The procedure was swift and only mildly uncomfortable, and within an hour I was able to be told the initial outcome and could go home.

What could be improved

None

Anything else?

The staff are a credit to the hospital and should be commend for their care and support throughout the procedure. I would recommend the Queen Elizabeth Hospital to others.
