What I liked

From the 12 week scan to the birth of our daughter this week, the staff at QEH have made the whole process a smooth one. We could not fault our care at any point, the care is very personal and at no time were we ever treated as just another pregnancy. The team that brings you're little miracle into the world is huge, this ranging from the theatre staff to the cleaners. For me the midwives and health care assistants will always be in my thoughts as the care we received from them was exceptional. Having to leave my wife and baby of an evening was always a dreaded time, however I did so knowing that all her needs would be met.

What could be improved

There is a review of the QEH carpark now ongoing. That would have been my only gripe as parking on a daily basis for a week became quite irritating as the carpark was always like a traffic jam.

I would just like to thank all the staff on the delivery suite and castle acre ward. You are a credit to QEH.
