(as the patient),

Following getting severe sun burn. I contacted the GP OOH service, who triaged the call and a doctor called me back within 10 minutes. From talking to the doctor who requested I attend the GP OOH centre at Bilton Grange Health centre. The doctor advised to attend the centre in 30 minutes. Upon arrival I was seen within ten minutes of the time stated by the doctor which was brilliant. Really good advice and treatment.
