What I liked

Junior Doctor was friendly that's about it

What could be improved

Floor near bed should of been cleaned someone else's blood on the floor.

Nurse took blood test and put the sharps yellow box on my lap with the top open with red blood and needles from others patients blood tests.

Checked regularly and not lefted hours

Nurse was very rude body language was unacceptable

More prompt treatment

The Matron for the A&E Department would like to apologise for your experience in the Department which has given you cause to complain. She has spoken to staff to make them aware of being receptive to patients and to keep them regularly informed whilst in our care. She will be reiterating best practice when taking blood and about the standard of cleanliness expected in the department and how to ensure this is achieved.
