"Excellent treatment on Surgical Admission Unit"

What I liked

I was referred by my GP and admitted to this unit through A&E. All the staff I met were superb, from A & E to the ward and all were very professional and helpful. I was made to feel at ease as I did feel anxious and I was treated with dignity. The nursing staff and the doctor I saw explained everything thoroughly to me. The ward area was lovely and clean. I was given clear advice and information about my treatment. I was very happy with my treatment and would recommend the service.

What could be improved

Nothing - it was all excellent. Thank you.
