What I liked

On entering the ward i was greeted by a happy and friendly receptionist who made me feel at ease, i found all the staff looking after me extremely friendly, had a wonderful bedside manner and were efficient and proffessional throughout my stay. The ward and all its amenities were excellantly clean and maintained to a very high standard. I found the staff easy to approach and were keen to talk to me and help in any way to make me more comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hospital. Of all NHS services i find that Airedale General Hospital maintains a high standard of delivery.
